Everything you need to know for your family holiday at the Alpenhof – from childcare to arrival.
Rooms are available from 1:00 p.m. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. A late check-out is possible at 50% of the daily rate.
Your reservation is confirmed once you transfer a deposit of € 500.00 by bank transfer within 10 days of booking or provide us with your credit card details. The deposit is retained as a cancellation fee in case of cancellation, unless you have taken out the Dolomit Family travel cancellation insurance.
Without travel cancellation insurance: up to 30 days before arrival the deposit is retained, from 29 to 3 days before arrival 70%, and from 2 days before 100%. In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of all booked days are charged.
Yes, your four-legged friend is warmly welcome. The daily rate is € 20.00 (without food). Please note that pets are not allowed in the dining, children's and wellness areas.
You can settle your hotel bill in cash (for amounts up to € 4,999). For cashless payment we accept cheques as well as Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard.
Yes, in addition to the listed prices, a legally required tourist tax of € 3.50 per person (from 14 years) per day is paid on site.
If you cannot keep your scheduled wellness appointment, please notify us 24 hours before the booked appointment. Otherwise we will charge 50% of the price of the booked beauty treatment.
